o: Build an Empire is a strategy and management game in real time set in the XV century, in which you have to build a prestigious empire from scratch. To do this you have to build markets, houses, roads, ports, monuments, etc. Throughout the game, and as your capital's level increases, you can see the ages progress. This way, even though you start in the Middle Ages, you can get a pretty Victorian town with cobblestone streets and Gothic cathedrals. In total, Anno: Build an Empire has more than a hundred different buildings that you can have access to. That said, in the beginning you just have to build the most basic ones, and only later the most advanced. As in any strategy game, to build this structures you need resources, which have to be earned putting your citizens to work. Something that stands out about Anno: Build an Empire is that, in contrast to other strategy games for Android, it doesn't have a long tutorial that you have to go through. This way, you can start enjoying it as soon as you open the game. Anno: Build an Empire is a pretty good strategy game. It remains loyal to the saga, but offers a new gameplay that has been adapted to the free-to-play model.
