dinal Quest 2 is a traditional 'roguelike' where players have to explore dangerous forests and dungeons, in search of treasure and glory. As usual, you’ll end up finding none of that, only death at the hands of one of the many enemies in the game. The gameplay in Cardinal Quest 2 is very similar to that of most modern 'roguelikes'. That's to say, it has a very simple interface that allows you to do almost everything by just tapping the screen once (to move, attack, access your inventory...). That said, just because the game has an easy-to-use interface doesn't mean that Cardinal Quest 2 is easy. As is usual with these types of games, players have to face very difficult challenges that could end the life of your character on more than one occasion. All the other typical and indispensable characteristics of role-play games are found in this game also: development of the characters, new abilities, different weapons and armor, special attacks and magic, etc. Cardinal Quest 2 is a simple and fun 'roguelike' game that, even if it doesn't add anything new to the genre, does offer a good playing experience for any lover of RPGs.
