age Souls is an RPG where you meet a group of youngsters who participate in championships made up of exciting battles. Using a number of different cards with special attacks, these protagonists use a fighting system called eJanken. The choices you make throughout each of your turns are essential to inflict damage on each opponent. One of the highlights of Engage Souls is its visuals. Quickly, you're fully immersed in this title's narrative. Not only do you follow along on the story of these youngsters, but you enter each stadium side by side with them to participate fully in each (rather peculiar) fight. Throughout combat each character uses their 'stand' to attack their enemies. Another of the notable elements within Engage Souls is that there's very simple gameplay. The complex controls of other similar games are discarded in this title, instead offering super streamlined controllers to manage combats. Basically, you tap on the card that you're using in each turn to attack opponents, and from there watch as their status bars decrease. After passing each level, you can also manage the career of many of your characters until making them the absolute best they can be. Engage Souls has very attractive gameplay that takes you deep into a world with a multitude of combat-filled tournaments. Through your decisions, you'll try to get your character to beat every opponent in order to unlock new powers and fighters to partner up with in battle.
