Glitchy

tchy is a photo-editing app that lets you apply loads of retro-looking effects and filters. Some of these filters make your photos move, so the images get saved in video format. You can use Glitchy both with photos on your smartphone gallery and with the camera. Once you know what photo you want, just pick one of the more than 50 different filters in the app. Besides the image filters, Glitchy lets you add 'vaporware' and text stickers that you can obviously customize as desired. Plus you can insert different frames and crop or rotate each picture. This lets you create completely unique compositions.
