e you noticed that the last generation of operating systems have excellent graphic effects, something that we cannot say of Windows XP, unless we resort to programs that help you improve it. bLend is a free application for Windows that helps you to apply excellent transparency effects to your windows. You can choose to apply transparency to all the windows or only to the applications you want. For this, it includes a filter in the program options. In the same option box you can also regulate the level of transparency. This makes bLend an ideal application to make sure our Windows XP doesn't look that antique.
