One way to mitigate these effects is to lower the brightness of your display, which FriendEye lets you do with just one click. When you run the program, a small icon appears in the systems tray without having to install it. Then with a simple click, the screen automatically darkens slightly, taking some of the strain off your eyes. To access the program´s few options, you just right click on the icon. There you can set how much you want to lower brightness on a scale of one to a hundred.
