s converter will let you manage, edit, and convert CD images to ISO; from ISO to BIN and vice versa. You can also select other format types, although it does not tell you which are valid. You can extract images from CD to ISO or to BIN; select from Joliet or ISO9660 to edit the images; and more. More than all these possibilities, its operation is simple: you merely select files to extract, convert, or edit and follow the application's on screen prompts. You can have the program in your own language by simply changing the language file you want in the installation.
